Can I filter auctions by district, property type, and price range?
Yes, AuctionMandu offers advanced filters for all auction listings. You can filter by property type (land, house, apartment, vehicle, commercial), district (all 77 districts), price range, bank name, and sort by newest, price, or end date.
What does the base price and reserve price mean in bank auctions?
The base price is the minimum starting bid set by the bank based on property valuation. The reserve price is the minimum amount the bank will accept to sell. Bidders must offer at or above the base price, and the highest bid meeting the reserve price wins.
Each listing on AuctionMandu shows the auction status (Active, Closed, Cancelled), start and end dates, and a countdown timer. Active auctions accept bids until the end date. Past auctions are marked as closed and moved to the Past tab.
