Is the AuctionMandu app free to use?
Yes. The AuctionMandu app and website are completely free for property seekers. You can browse all listings, save auctions, view them on a map and contact banks directly without any charges or subscription fees.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password” and enter the email address linked to your account. We will send you a link to set a new password. If you signed up with Google or Facebook, simply use that same option to sign in again.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Profile Settings in the app or website, scroll to the “Delete Account” section and confirm. If you cannot access your account, email info@auctionmandu.com from your registered address with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. Full details are on our Data Deletion page.
How do I contact a bank about a specific listing?
Open the auction detail page in the app or website — each listing shows the bank and its contact details. You can also submit an inquiry directly from the listing and the bank will follow up with you.
How quickly will I hear back from support?
We aim to respond to all support emails within 24 hours on business days. For urgent matters about an active auction, calling us directly or contacting the listing bank is the fastest route.
